Tax Manager (Hybrid)

Lead complex tax engagements by preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns while providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to privately held businesses.

• Salary: $115,000 - $135,000/year

• Lead and review the preparation of complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients reduce tax liabilities and improve financial outcomes.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues while ensuring compliance with changing regulations.
• Manage client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored tax solutions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while maintaining quality standards.
• Support tax compliance, accounting, and consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license required.
• 7+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience managing complex tax engagements and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work additional hours during peak tax seasons when needed.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
