Pride Health is hiring a RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Vero Beach, FL .

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
\n
• Location: Vero Beach, FL; Coverage areas include Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, and Sebastian
\n
• Mileage reimbursed: Yes
\n
• Job Type: Contract
\n
• Pay Range: $52-$54
\n

\n

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

\n

Duties:

\n

\n
• Complete OASIS assessments and ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation.
\n
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
\n
• Provide skilled nursing care, including IV therapy, wound care, wound vac management, and blood draws as needed.
\n

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• License(s): Active RN license.
\n
• Certification(s): BLS/CPR.
\n
• Years of experience: 1+
\n
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: HCHB and OASIS preferred.
\n
