Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to source, screen and recommend candidates for open roles and support onboarding for new hires. You will develop recruiting plans, build talent pools, and partner with leaders to meet hiring goals while ensuring compliance with EEO, HIPAA and ERISA.
