Junior Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron As a Junior Commercial Architect you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of commercial properties such as office buildings retail spaces and hotels This is a contract position that does not require previous experience making it ideal for students or individuals looking to break into the field of architecture Responsibilities Assist with the design and development of commercial properties Collaborate with senior architects to create innovative and functional designs Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and blueprints Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress Communicate effectively with clients contractors and other team members Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Ensure compliance with building codes zoning laws and other regulations Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field or currently pursuing Proficiency in CAD software Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamFamiliarity with building codes and regulations is a plus Salary This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month City This position is located in Akron Preference Preference will be given to Canadian or Kenyan candidates who are fluent in English However all qualified applicants will be considered regardless of nationality or location About Us Our company is a leading architecture firm that specializes in commercial projects We value innovation collaboration and attention to detail in all aspects of our work Join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the exciting field of commercial architecture #J-18808-Ljbffr
