Fall Creek Dental | Granbury, TX

Part-Time | Tuesday-Thursday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Monday hours may be added in the future.

At Fall Creek Dental , we're looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! If you enjoy building relationships, creating exceptional patient experiences, and keeping a busy dental office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

• $18-$22 per hour , based on experience

• Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Opportunity to expand to Monday as the practice continues to grow

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain patient information
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Collect payments and explain treatment estimates
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule
• Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

• 1-4 years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience preferred
• Experience with dental insurance verification and scheduling
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
