Security Officer Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Security Officer who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The role shapes the guest experience by providing exemplary security knowledge, exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. What You’ll Do Patrol guest, employee, and public areas on foot and by vehicle to maintain order, deter incidents, and protect property. Control and authorize access to designated areas for guests and employees, including conducting temperature checks when required. Answer telephone calls to provide information, respond to inquiries, and relay messages courteously and professionally. Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other personnel to prevent theft and ensure facility security. Prepare clear and accurate reports documenting daily activities, security incidents, property damage, theft, unauthorized access, or unusual occurrences. Enforce rules and policies by warning individuals of violations and escorting violators from the premises when necessary. Respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, provide basic first aid and CPR when needed, and contact police, fire, or emergency services to ensure prompt and effective incident response. What To Bring Legal work authorization in the United States. Availability to work seven days a week, twenty‑four hours a day, including holidays and weekends. Hawaii driver’s license and abstract required. Guard card, first‑aid, CPR, and AED certificates also required.
