Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of your clients. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies, to facilitate client progress. Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about contemporary practices and research in counseling and mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from children to adults, who require support in various areas including emotional regulation, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of connecting with a diverse client base. A proven ability to work effectively within a healthcare team while pursuing optimal client outcomes. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to enhance documentation and client tracking.
