Description

• Conduct evaluations in acute care or outpatient settings and establish personalized treatment plans for patients

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution or equivalent

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (such as in geriatrics or neurology) are advantageous but not mandatory

Skills

• Experience in physical therapy is highly desirable
