Remote Sales Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Remote. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to create sales opportunities Qualify customers for the reverse mortgage program and transfer interested ones to the sales team Update the Sales CRM and create follow-up appointments Required Qualifications Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and soft phone experience Customer service background with knowledge of the mortgage industry Basic understanding of reverse mortgage products Organized and performance-driven Bilingual skills are a plus
