Aerie - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You are passionate about brand standards, have an eye for merchandising, and pay close attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you are capable of supporting your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You keep product moving by executing effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You maintain an efficient and productive Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized. You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to execute it. You support teammates by stepping in on non‑stock‑related tasks or assisting guests. You prioritize safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow all AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products. You are organized, detail oriented, and excel at prioritising and time management. You have flexible availability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. You have experience in a stock‑related role. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and rewards at AEO’s discretion. Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location, classification, and years of service.
