Senior Financial Analyst-BUF Quality (TO&R)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial leadership and planning support to the Corporate Quality organization. The role encompasses budget management, financial analysis, capital project oversight, and process improvement across Enterprise Quality Systems, reporting to the TO&R Risk Functions Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget, forecast, and financial planning cycles for Enterprise Quality Systems including capex and headcount
• Consolidate quality financial results and prepare executive analyses explaining drivers, risks, and recommended actions
• Own end-to-end capital appropriation process including business cases, ROI analysis, and project tracking
• Provide financial governance for Digital Roadmap and Lifecycle Management portfolios through forecasting and reconciliations
• Drive process simplification and automation of planning, close, reporting and portfolio governance activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years progressive finance or accounting experience with FP&A and budgeting expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• Demonstrated management of operating and capital budgets with headcount planning and driver-based forecasting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for financial modeling and executive presentations
• Experience with enterprise planning tools such as SAP, Anaplan, or Planisware preferred
• Strong business partnership skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders using data-driven insights
• Exceptional attention to detail, financial controls mindset, and continuous improvement orientation
