Job DescriptionPosition HighlightsResponsible for analyzing, evaluating, and ultimately certifying customer Point of Sale (POS) and Payment Management System (PMS) applications to the Elavon gateway and acquiring hostsUses established requirements to create processes for external software developers to exchange payment transaction data with the Fusebox gateway, the Simplify payment application, and numerous direct acquiring host communication optionsAs a subject matter expert, assists multiple internal and outside parties on industry best practices in order for our customers to achieve the lowest possible interchange on their transactionsPart of that process includes compiling and reviewing very detailed information, of which small oversights can have large downstream impacts for multiple partiesRecommendations are made to each customer based on the certification results to ensure a sound integrationBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree (technical discipline preferred), or equivalent work experienceOne to three years of experience in computer technology applications and analysisPreferred Skills and ExperienceAbility to develop test schedules, review test plans, track test issues and report on test resultsAbility to analyze a business need and compile a general roadmap to see a certification to completionProficient computer skills, including use of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and presentation softwareStrong planning, project, organization and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal communication and verbal, written and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously, and work as part of a project teamHybrid/flexible scheduleThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits:Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
