Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
• SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• School-based SLP experience preferred, though strong clinical skills and a passion for pediatric care considered
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to building positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary education teams
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a caseload of five students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results to guide intervention planning
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other related service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and ongoing professional development
• Utilize evidence-based approaches and resources to support each student’s goals
