Help patients safely use assistive devices like walkers, crutches, or braces. Monitoring Responses:

Observe patient reactions during treatments and modify activity levels as needed within the care plan Recording Progress:

Log patient status, session data, and milestone achievements after every visit. Reporting to Supervisors:

Discuss patient responses and any new concerns directly with the supervising physical therapist. Educating Families:

Teach patients and their families home-care exercises, safety precautions, and post-treatment limitations.
