Job Title: Car Wash Attendant / Detailer.

Location: Custom Car Care, Decatur, IN.

Job Type: Full Time.

Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Car Wash Attendant / Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, washing, and finishing dealership vehicles. Your goal is to deliver clean, shiny vehicles quickly while ensuring excellent quality and vehicle safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exterior Washing: Power-wash exteriors, apply soaps, scrub wheels, and rinse vehicles thoroughly. Clean exterior glass and mirrors.
• Drying & Polishing: Hand-dry vehicles using microfiber towels to prevent water spots. Apply spray waxes or tire dressings as requested.
• Vehicle Transport: Safely drive and maneuver customer and inventory vehicles around the lot, into wash bays, and to designated parking areas.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet company cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required to move vehicles).
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, damp environments) for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• No prior experience required—we will fully train the right candidate.
