Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Must have American Heart Assocaition
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred)
• Ability to pass background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
