Comunale is seeking a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern is responsible for providing support to the Marketing & Engagement Manager on efforts related to promotional campaigns, company branding and internal communications in order to strengthen a cohesive and effective internal and external marketing and engagement strategy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide support in identification, customization, ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of promotional items and apparel. Coordinate tracking of requests, packaging, and delivery of promotional materials for branch offices, customer-facing team members, and new hires. Research and propose detailed strategies related to efficient deployment of company apparel, marketing materials, and promotional items. Ensure branch offices are equitably supported with stocked inventory of collateral and promotional items. Assist with production of artwork for various marketing/branding efforts. Support efforts related to brand presence including but not limited to large platform advertising and branding, fleet customization, and internal and external facing collateral. Abide by company brand standards and EMCOR requirements as it relates to marketing and communication. Stay up to date on new technologies, best practices, and industry trends to identify innovative strategies as it relates to market presence. Take lead on Google pages for all branch offices ensuring accurate and up to date information, review responses, and project photography. Work with key team members to produce case studies to showcase high value projects. Develop and maintain external events calendar. Assist with the coordination, setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events including but not limited to tradeshows, community events, training events, and more. Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement events. Provide support in tracking and processing community sponsorship requests. Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required. Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited university pursuing a degree in Marketing or other similar degree – junior level status or higher at the time of the internship. Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications is required. Adobe Creative Suite application InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator experience is strongly suggested.
