This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with hospital experience seeking a dynamic role in a well-established healthcare setting. The assignment is based in a 250-bed facility, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services to support patient care. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a focus on delivering high-quality medication management.

Location: Edgar, WI (Travel assignment to Marshfield, WI)

Schedule/Hours:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Primarily 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Workweek typically starts on Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a hospital environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management
• Monitor patient medication regimens for safety and efficacy
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Proficient with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently on a rotating shift schedule

This contract opportunity is set to begin as soon as possible and will extend for at least 13 weeks. Candidates should be ready to travel and relocate temporarily to fulfill the assignment requirements.
