This is a full-time, direct hire position in manufacturing in Georgetown, KY . Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production related activities. Responsibilities: Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping/receiving . Coordinate plant activities with departmental managers to ensure manufacturing objectives are achieved in a timely and cost‑effective manner. Develop and manage budgets , financial plans , and profit goals . Implement cost‑effective controls over capital expenditures, operating costs, manpower, wages, and salaries. Manage capital asset maintenance programs and processes. Establish and monitor overall plant performance to meet production and quality standards. Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight, and repair expenses. Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; oversee replacements and necessary adjustments. Provide leadership, coaching, and training to accomplish company goals and objectives. Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs. Promote 5S practices , shop floor organization, and facility cleanliness. Provide direction, development, and leadership to production supervisors. Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and TS‑16949 standards. Support and comply with ISO‑14001 responsibilities and requirements. Consult with engineering personnel regarding machine and equipment modifications to improve production and product quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or five years of manufacturing supervisor/manager experience is required . Experience in a manufacturing environment is required . Automotive manufacturing is preferred . Basic knowledge of budgets and financial statements. Background with manufacturing methods and process improvement programs/procedures is required . Previous production experience and injection molding training is required unless specifically waived by the Plant Manager based on work experience and demonstrated ability. Must have the ability to plan, organize, communicate, and motivate employees. Must be able to prioritize own workday schedule. Details: This is a full-time, direct hire position in manufacturing in Georgetown, KY . Schedule: Days, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm; must be able to work overtime, as needed.
