This role is located onsite in Melbourne, FL.**This role may be filled at the Principal OR Sr. Principal level based on the qualifications listed, below**In this role, the successful candidate will act as an Operations and Electrical Design Engineering Lead for Test & Evaluation’s systems test laboratories. Our team is responsible for the integration of aircraft systems and subsystems into a Lab environment supporting aircraft capabilities and functions. Utilizing systems and subsystems requirements, the candidate will assist in the development of lab requirements and procedures, create electrical design and cable drawings, execute integration activities in a lab environment, and evaluate mission systems functionality. Candidate must have strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of military aircraft functionality, and demonstrated lab integration experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
