Content Producer & PR Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creating content and building relationships—equally comfortable behind a camera producing a Reel and pitching a story to an editor. Key Responsibilities: Content Production & Social Media Support Produce visual content for S2H clients across design, architecture, interiors, craftsmanship, and luxury sectors Capture photography and video content during events, showroom visits, design fairs, studio visits, installations, and client activations Create and edit Instagram Reels, short‑form videos, stories, and other digital assets Design social media graphics and visual content using Canva and creative tools Assist with content planning and editorial calendars for selected client accounts Draft captions, newsletters, and short‑form content as needed Coordinate content collection with clients and partners to maintain a steady pipeline of assets Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics and engagement reports Identify content opportunities tied to launches, events, design weeks, and media coverage PR & Media Relations Support the execution of PR strategies for US and international clients Research and maintain targeted media lists across design, architecture, luxury, lifestyle, and business publications Pitch stories, launches, events, and interviews to journalists and editors Manage media follow‑ups and track editorial opportunities Assist with the preparation of press releases, media kits, image libraries, and editorial materials Monitor media coverage and prepare monthly press reports and recaps Help identify speaking opportunities, awards, and editorial collaborations for clients Events & Industry Outreach Support the organization of press previews, showroom activations, private dinners, panel discussions, and industry events Manage invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and event logistics Capture content during events for immediate and post‑event communications Assist with outreach to designers, architects, industry partners, and professional organizations Profile & Skills 2–5 years of experience in communications, PR, content creation, marketing, or a related field Strong photography and video creation skills Experience editing Reels, short‑form video content, and social media assets Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms Strong writing skills and confidence in professional communications Interest in media relations and storytelling Passion for design, architecture, interiors, art, and luxury brands Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Spanish is a plus (French and/or Italian are also a plus) Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to travel occasionally for events, client visits, and design fairs #J-18808-Ljbffr S2H Communication
