Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Real Estate Focus

For this role, the ideal candidate will have specialized experience in Real Estate, manufacturing, life science, contractors, etc.

Qualifications:

• Insurance Experience Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Professional Skills - Senior Account Managers are expected to set the standard in both success and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Answer client's questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated sales staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.

This is a full-time role. Experience and proper licensing are required. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
