Customer Service Supervisor

LHH is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Dallas that is looking to bring on a hands-on Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team and help elevate their customer service function. This is a highly visible role with strong cross-functional exposure across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and process improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and coach a small team of Customer Service Specialists
- Oversee the full quote-to-cash process (RFQs, quoting, order management, customer communication)
- Partner closely with Sales, Planning, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Handle escalations and strengthen customer relationships
- Drive process improvements and bring more structure/consistency to the CS function
- Support inside sales efforts and help improve conversion and customer experience
What they’re looking for:
- B2B customer service experience (must-have)
- Strong SAP experience required
- 5+ years of supervisory/team leadership experience
- High attention to detail and operational discipline
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment and build/improve processes
