We provide technical training and uncapped earning potential.Pay: $70,000 - $120,000 per year. Uncapped earning potentialWork Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm | occasional overtimeLocation: Talladega County, ALWhat We Provide: Take-home company Vehicle, Ford Transit and gas cardCompany uniform and cell phone Dispatched from home Bryant dealer training: company paid On-call 1 Saturday per month Local family-owned and operated Paid on billable work hours + Spiffs, bonuses and commissionBenefits: 100% paid medical for employee Paid vacationPaid holidays401K with company matchPosition Overview: Service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systemsAnnual and routine maintenance Communicate with customers on repair, upgrades, IAQ accessories, and replacement recommendations options Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsParticipating in company-paid trainingWhat We Are Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician, or an equivalent combination of training and practical experiencePossession of a valid EPA Universal CertificationProven ability to assess equipment issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutionSkilled in servicing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems and equipmentUnderstanding of fundamental sheet metal fabrication and installation techniquesCapable of safely lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 poundsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification requiredValid drivers license and insurable driving record Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
