Associate Veterinarian

Job Description

Job Description

Looking for a role where you can keep building your clinical skills without having to manage every demanding case on your own?
This opportunity combines general practice with urgent-care medicine, offering a broad caseload and access to experienced clinical support.

Whether you're ready to take the next step as a newer graduate or bring established experience to your next team, this position offers opportunities to strengthen your skills across medicine, procedures, and client communication.

Why Consider This Role?

• A varied caseload: Move between routine care, medical workups, urgent presentations, and surgical cases.

• Meaningful technical support: Work with a skilled veterinary support team that helps keep patient care organized and efficient.

• Surgical development: Access guidance and support for more complex procedures, including orthopedic cases.

• Mentorship opportunities: Newer graduates can explore a setting with experienced clinicians available for guidance.

• Professional growth: Continuing education and a potential pathway toward practice ownership create options beyond day-to-day appointments.

What You'll Be Doing

The practice combines preventive and general medical care with urgent cases, dentistry, and surgery. Diagnostic imaging, laboratory resources, and specialized surgical capabilities support a range of clinical needs.

Veterinarians who enjoy hands-on medicine and want to continue developing their surgical confidence may find this particularly appealing. The mix of scheduled care and urgent presentations also offers variety throughout the workweek.

Who Might Thrive Here?

This role could suit a veterinarian who enjoys clinical problem-solving, values strong client communication, and wants to work closely with an engaged support team. Both newer graduates seeking guidance and experienced clinicians looking for a broader caseload are encouraged to explore the opportunity.
