Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking an Warehouse Associate to begin their career with us! Responsibilities: Cycle Counting / Inventory Control Quality Inspection / Dimensional Inspection Forklift Operations (a plus but not mandatory) Processing documents and materials for outbound shipments Processing documents and materials from inbound shipments Kitting projects Shelf assembly as needed Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently Maintaining clean and debris free work stations Various warehouse responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Must be able to pass a background check You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident Shipping & Receiving – must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis Must be able to stand 8-9 hours a day 2-3 years warehouse experience in shipping and receiving is required Excellent attention to detail Strong interpersonal communication skills Willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy Sense of urgency and accountability Excellent work ethic with a sense of pride in the work you produce Desire to get the job done right the first time Able to handle high-pressure situations and criticism well Able to work independently and has Team-Player mentality Familiar with AS9100 requirements is desirable Why join the bisco team?
