Property Maintenance Coordinator

The Property Maintenance Coordinator will oversee service delivery for a diverse portfolio of client properties. This role serves as the central hub of communication, connecting clients, real estate agents, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that maintenance projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, dispatch vendors, and negotiate pricing, bids, and completion timelines.
• Review property photographs to verify job completion and ensure work meets strict client standards.
• Manage multiple communication channels to handle inquiries regarding services, billing, and status updates for clients and brokers.
• Utilize internal proprietary software and Microsoft Office to track project lifecycles and daily workloads.

Key Requirements

• Strong background in customer service, active problem-solving, and sharp negotiation skills.
• Comfortable learning proprietary digital systems and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a high sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
