Job Description
We have an immediate need for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and learning new skills .
This is a full-time entry-level opportunity with paid training , making it a great fit for recent graduates, career changers, college students, and anyone looking to start a new career.
No previous customer service experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Answer questions and assist customers with their needs
Build positive customer relationships through communication and follow-up
Support customer engagement, events, and promotions
Assist with customer-facing activities and event registration
Maintain accurate customer information and records
Listen to customer feedback and help create a positive experience
Work with the team to meet customer service goals
Represent the company professionally
Qualifications
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and motivated
Comfortable interacting with customers and the public
Willingness to learn and follow direction
Organized with good problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
No experience required — training provided.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, administration, or other people-facing roles is helpful but not required.
