ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our critical care float pool. This role involves providing compassionate care to patients in various intensive care settings, ensuring high standards of medical treatment and patient safety.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in the Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Medical ICU, and Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology ICU units.Adhere to established critical care protocols and procedures.Monitor and assess patient conditions using advanced medical technology.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Float to a mutually agreeable Med-Surg Department as necessary.Schedule and RequirementsPosition type: Full-TimeShift: Night shift (3x12 hours)Patient Ratios: 1:1 to 1:2Weekend requirements: YesHolidays: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidaysFloating within the hospital is required, but floating to sister hospitals is not.Block scheduling is not available.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of ICU experience is required.ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.Open to local candidates.No pending licenses will be accepted.Additional InformationThe facility is a Magnet-designated, teaching center with a total of 637 staffed beds.Scrubs are provided, and any color is acceptable for nursing staff.Charting system used is EPIC.Parking costs $10.26 daily.If you are passionate about providing high-quality care in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this fulfilling position in our critical care team.Client Details State WA
