Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Geriatric Behavioral Health | Part-Time Flexible | Remote-Friendly | Leadership Opportunities Strong preference for Psychiatrists based in Orange County or Los Angeles, though other candidates will be considered. Brigade Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to serve as a consultative behavioral health physician supporting older adults in assisted living and senior care settings. This unique role focuses on collaboration, education, and improving behavioral health outcomes without the burden of a traditional high-volume patient panel. What You'll Do Provide psychiatric consultation to NP and PA providers on complex behavioral health cases. Offer guidance on psychotropic medications, dementia-related behaviors, and care escalation. Lead biweekly case conferences and educational sessions. Collaborate with assisted living communities and interdisciplinary teams. Participate in future program development and clinical leadership opportunities. Qualifications MD or DO with completion of Psychiatry residency. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Active, unrestricted medical license. Experience with geriatric psychiatry, dementia, or senior populations preferred. Strong communication and collaborative skills. Why Brigade Health?
