Located in Johns Creek, we are a 100% memory care community with a capacity for 44 residents. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to design and lead the "clinical care" of our "caring" program. What You'll Do Be A Resident Care Hero: Lead our care team to provide the most compassionate and professional care, meeting all regulations and ensuring residents thrive. Comply with the Department of Community Health regulations, safeguarding residents’ well-being. continuously improve resident care, including activities of daily living and medication management. Build strong bonds with residents, their families, and the community. Cheer on Your Team: Keep the care team motivated and supported, like a family. Oversee training and ensure compliance with all rules. Empower staff to perform at their best and enjoy their work. Be available for residents whenever they need us, including after hours. Lead the Charge: Join the leadership team and drive continuous improvement. Monitor processes to ensure high standards of care. Maintain safety by knowing and enforcing all applicable rules. We Want You If You Are Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia Minimum 2-4 years of leadership experience in long-term care, assisted living, personal care home, or skilled nursing Proven track record of providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Experience supervising and mentoring staff People-oriented with genuine care for others Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime Compassionate, hard-working, and ready to join our team #J-18808-Ljbffr
