Registered Nurse (RN) Rates:

• Day Shift (6:00a–2:30p): $40/hour
• Second Shift (2:00p–10:30p): $42/hour
• Third Shift (10:00p–6:30a): $41/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Rates:

• Day Shift (6:00a–2:30p): $36/hour
• Second Shift (2:00p–10:30p): $38/hour
• Third Shift (10:00p–6:30a): $37/hour

Position Summary

The LPN/RN is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while supervising and supporting nursing assistants. This role ensures residents receive safe, effective, and individualized care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Active Illinois LPN or RN license (in good standing) Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred but not required Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills and resident-first mindset
