Job Description Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects Assist with subcontractor management, procurement, and project buyout activities Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation Track project schedules and assist with project reporting and cost control efforts Coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams Conduct project site visits and assist with field coordination activities Help identify and resolve project issues while maintaining budget and schedule objectives Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents Assist with project closeout, punch list management, and turnover documentation Develop strong relationships with clients, design partners, and trade contractors Support project teams in delivering exceptional customer service and project outcomes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
