Job Title: Car Wash Site Manager

Location: Grafton, WI

FSCW is a growing, customer-focused flex service car wash committed to providing exceptional service and an exceptional experience for our patrons. We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated, and proactive Manager to join our team and lead our location in Grafton, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to make a positive impact on our operations and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards for vehicle cleaning and customer service
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with upper management to establish goals and objectives for the car wash
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing
• Actively promote and market the car wash in the local community, participating in events and promotions

 

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of management experience, preferably in the car wash or automotive industry
• Proven track record of leading a team and meeting operational goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate employees
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or related field preferred
