Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a company located in Port Clinton, OH.
Position Summary We are looking for a dependable Mechanical Assembler . In this role, you will assemble pumps, mixers, and related equipment using hand and power tools while ensuring each machine meets our quality standards.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical problems and building quality equipment.
Responsibilities

• Assemble pumps, mixers, and related equipment according to drawings and work

instructions.

• Install mechanical components including motors, gearboxes, hoses, fittings, valves, and

controls.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with equipment testing and preparation for shipment.
• Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic assembly drawings or mechanical diagrams (preferred).
• Manufacturing, assembly, automotive, farm equipment, or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
