Financial Advisor Opportunity Edward Jones is looking for a Financial Advisor to build and grow a practice with branch, home office, and regional support. You will help clients achieve long‑term financial goals and contribute to the firm’s success. Key Responsibilities Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements). Deeply understand clients’s and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulations, and ethics. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve results. Create a highly engaging, trusting, respectful, feedback‑and accountability environment within the branch. Qualifications & Requirements At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work‑related experience within securities/financial services. Financial services and/or sales experience. Financial services registration, licensing, or certification. Professional and/or military career progression. Licensing SIE (obtainable without firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during paid study. FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required. Ongoing training from the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC) and required CE training to keep licenses in good standing.
