Lead Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience (Murrieta Cal Oaks)

Job Details: Location: 41034 California Oaks Rd STE B, Murrieta, CA 92562. Salary Range: $17.00 – $19.00 hourly. Full‑time & Part‑time. Hourly + Sales Bonuses. Work Location: In person. Key Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front‑desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential. What We’re Looking For Strong sales and guest service skills. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
