Tax Manager | Providence, RI

They're looking to bring on a Tax Manager who is ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to develop both technically and professionally.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and reviewing complex federal, state, and local tax returns
Working across a diverse client base including corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services
Leading and mentoring junior staff while overseeing multiple engagements
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
Collaborating with leadership on engagement execution and firm initiatives

What they're looking for:

6+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong background with S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, multi-state returns, and HNW individuals
Experience with tax planning for closely held businesses
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Leadership experience mentoring and developing staff
CPA required (MST preferred)
Interest in long-term growth and potential path toward leadership/Partnership
