Inventory Associate

Inventory Associate "We are currently hiring an Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain accurate stock records, verify incoming and outgoing shipments, manage daily cycle counts, and investigate any inventory discrepancies.  Day-to-Day Responsibilities Here is what you will be doing on a daily basis: Cycle Counting: You will perform daily cycle counts, reconcile those counts, and fix any system record errors. Discrepancy Resolution: You will research the root causes for any inventory gaps and correct them before adjustments or bay locks are needed. Order Verification: You will check both received and shipped orders to ensure all recordkeeping is completely accurate. Returns Processing: You will unload return trailers and carefully sort items into either first-quality or damaged stock. Obsolete Stock Management: You will pull slow-moving or old inventory for donation, salvage, or disposal, which will involve some physical lifting. Compliance & Safety: You will be expected to follow all sanitation guidelines, food safety protocols, and OSHA safety rules at all times.

salary: $20.25 - $20.5 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
