Senior Director, Product & Technology Marketing - Optical & Data Center Systems

Responsibilities Own the full outbound marketing strategy for Marvell’s Optical & Data Center Systems portfolio Define and maintain differentiated value propositions and messaging hierarchies for each portfolio segment Lead product launch planning and execution Develop competitive response playbooks and sales enablement content Build and execute a technology marketing strategy Create a pipeline of compelling thought leadership assets Requirements BS degree required; a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline is highly preferred MBA or MS in a business or quantitative discipline valued in addition to an engineering foundation 15+ years of progressive experience in outbound product marketing or technology marketing within the semiconductor, systems, or AI infrastructure industry Deep expertise in AI/data center optical infrastructure — including co-packaged optics (CPO), silicon photonics, data center switching, and coherent DCI Exceptional ability to synthesize highly technical concepts into external audience narratives Proven experience developing and activating marketing content across the full outbound mix: executive presentations, white papers, solution briefs, digital campaigns, event activations, and media/analyst engagement Strong executive presence and communication skills Experience building and leading teams; strong track record recruiting, developing, and retaining top marketing talent.
