PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Summary We are seeking a Product Support Specialist with call center experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy. The Product Support Specialist will support customers through phone, email, and Live Chat while assisting with order entry, product support cases, returns, warranties, shipping updates, and related customer care needs. Key Responsibilities Handling heavy inbound customer calls, emails, and Live Chat inquiries while delivering excellent customer service. Troubleshooting and resolving customer service and technical product support issues, including shipping updates, product repairs, returns, warranties, and claims. Entering and managing orders, support cases, return authorizations, call tags, backorders, shipping claims, and damage claims with accuracy. Communicating daily with 3PL warehouse partners to help manage order fulfillment and ensure timely shipments. Maintaining accurate customer records, case notes, correspondence, and follow-up documentation. Completing administrative tasks such as data entry, reports, customer survey updates, meeting coordination, and team training support. Job Details Pay Range: $24 to $25 per hour, DOE. Job Type: Approximately 6 months with possible temp-to-hire conversion. Location: La Mirada, CA. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, one Saturday every 8 weeks, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Holiday availability required on a rotational basis. Required Qualifications 2+ years of call center, e-commerce, or customer service experience. Technical product support and high-volume inbound call experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Accurate data entry and typing speed of 50+ WPM. Availability for rotational Saturdays and holidays. Ability to pass background and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher. Live chat and ERP system experience. Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central experience. Manufacturing, order management, or technical customer care experience.
