Job Description

Assist in planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, reporting any variances to the project manager.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on project sites.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts.
Support in resolving project-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site concerns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

A background in construction and construction estimating.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
An understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges.
A commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
