Clinical Recruiter

Adams Clinical is seeking a hands-on, tactical Clinical Recruiter to manage day-to-day execution of a high-volume recruiting pipeline. This onsite role in New York, NY partners directly with hiring managers across clinical and operational teams to source, screen, schedule, and support candidates from first contact through offer. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open requisitions across clinical and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. Source and engage candidates for clinical positions such as Principal Investigators , Clinical Research Coordinators , Dosing Session Monitors , and other clinician-related roles using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking. Manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance , ensuring each stage is clear, timely, and well-communicated. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while keeping the process on schedule. Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the Greenhouse applicant tracking system to support reporting and data integrity. Handle recruiting administration and operational details, including scheduling, status updates, offer paperwork, and requisition tracking with strong attention to detail. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates . Systematically track and grow a pipeline of qualified passive candidates for hard-to-fill and recurring clinical roles. Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill , pipeline health , and diversity , and generate polished weekly reports for the VP of HR and Director of HR. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience filling clinical or healthcare-related roles. Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) . Proven sourcing ability across multiple channels including LinkedIn , job boards, Boolean search , and networking. Tactical experience carrying candidates through a start-to-end recruiting pipeline. Experience using Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system. Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions, 20+ simultaneously . Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with comfort working in a detail-heavy, admin-intensive role. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates. Individual contributor mindset: this is an execution-focused role with no direct reports .
