Training Analyst

Job Overview:As part of the Exostar Customer Education and Training team, the Training Analyst will evaluate our current training programs to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled.Your day, if you join us: Essential Job FunctionsConducting training needs analyses to determine optimal training delivery approachAnalyzing existing training program delivery and content to measure effectiveness and recommend changesDeveloping and recommending training solutions and materials to meet customer needsTranslating technical requirements into simplified and innovative training solutionsProposing new and innovative training solutions that may enhance programs for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops and are relevant to customer needsEvaluating the effectiveness of training and product functionality and providing recommendations for improvementInvolved with quality assurance testing and providing recommendations to product teams to improve user experienceAssisting with the design, layout, and content formatting on customer facing content management systemFacilitating training courses on an as needed basisYou meet our “must haves” for this role if you have:Bachelor’s Degree required6 or more years of instructional design/training development, analysis, facilitation, and training delivery experienceExperience with Adobe Captivate strongly preferredKnowledge and demonstrated capabilities in instructional design and methodologies including, but not limited to, ADDIE and andragogyExperienced in understanding technical requirements and translating into end-user trainingAbility to decipher and analyze complex tasks and reduce to simplest and best solutionAbility to collaborate in a team as well as work independently with little directionAn entrepreneurial mindset; resourceful, proactive, inquisitive and solutions drivenAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent oral and written skillsDue to customer requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability to gain and maintain Trusted Role is required.You’re exactly who we’re looking for if you have:Experience with supply chain, identity & access management, and/or risk management/compliance processes and methodologiesThe pay range for this position is $75,000k - $95,000k/yr; however, the final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
