We’re hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead with purpose, support a talented team of RBTs, and provide top-quality ABA services to the children who count on us most. What You’ll Do: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice. Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on guidance. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes. Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient —not overwhelming. Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization. Why Milestone Therapy?
