We're seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our full-time team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced assistants and entry-level candidates (with training provided) to grow their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in patient care, chairside assisting, and practice operations.

Job DescriptionClinical Duties
✔ Assist dentists during procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions)
✔ Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols
✔ Take and process dental X-rays
✔ Record patient medical histories and vital signs
✔ Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Administrative & Patient Care
✔ Manage patient records using Eaglesoft
✔ Provide friendly, professional patient interactions
✔ Support pediatric patients with a gentle approach
✔ Maintain compliance with infection control standards
Salary Rangefull-time $19 - $25 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & ScheduleMonday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM - 6 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM
Weekends off!
Requirements1-2 years of dental assisting experience (or willingness to learn)
Knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures
Familiarity with aseptic techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferences- Eaglesoft
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credentials
Experience with Eaglesoft software
Pediatric dentistry experience
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English a plus)
