IT Helpdesk & Records Specialist (Distance Learning)

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Diary/Helpdesk Specialist to ensure accurate entry of educational achievements in official personnel records and to provide frontline helpdesk support. You will manage tickets, perform initial troubleshooting for courseware, and assist users with enrollment and transcripts.
