About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Fund Origination with a focus on alternative investment vehicles and lifecycle management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading fund origination initiatives, collaborating with asset managers to structure innovative funds that meet client needs and regulatory standards, and driving cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless fund launches. This role requires a strategic leader who can contribute to the development of marketing materials, engage with legal and compliance teams for necessary approvals, and shape service offerings through expertise in fund structuring and lifecycle management. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in product structuring, fund administration, or custodial relationships. Strong expertise in alternative investments, particularly in fund structures and lifecycle management, is essential. The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a detail-oriented and proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be adaptable to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and demonstrate a proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results.
