Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year as an Occupational Therapist dedicated to making a difference in students' lives near Milton, WA. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers the chance to work within a supportive, collaborative environment where your professional skills can shine.

As one of only two OTs throughout the district, you’ll have a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, with additional involvement providing Tier 1 supports to staff. Your expertise will help shape not only individual therapy plans, but also broader strategies supporting student success across the school community.

Key Qualifications:

• Current WA Occupational Therapy license/certification, or willingness to obtain prior to start date
• Experience working in or strong interest in school-based OT services
• Ability to provide both individualized therapy and consultative supports for staff
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Eagerness to foster positive relationships within a multidisciplinary team
• Reference contacts must be provided (references will be checked)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to a diverse student caseload in accordance with IEPs and school goals
• Partner with teachers and staff to support Tier 1 strategies and interventions
• Maintain thorough, timely records of treatment and student progress
• Contribute to evaluations, eligibility meetings, and IEP development
• Engage with families and colleagues to promote student development and participation
