Cardiology - Interventional Physician

We are in search of a Full-Time/Perm Interventional Cardiologist for Northwestern Indiana. The region is located approximately halfway between South Bend and Chicago.

Requirements :

• Full-time, permanent position encompassing both inpatient and outpatient care
• Board Certified/Board Eligible

• Shared call rotation for balanced work scheduling
• Advanced, fully supported EMR system

Stage 1 - "Name-clear" - Have they heard of you or worked with you before?

• Provider's Contact Info
• Availability (For interview & 2025 availability on-going.)

Stage 2 - "Full-Facility Submission" - Introducing you to the Leadership at the facility.

• All pertinent Licenses & Certifications
• Malpractice and/or Background Documentation (NPD)
• References if Available.
• Scope of Services if Applicable
